Canyon
07:31
|
|

Sun sets on this canyon creek, daylight is sent to sleep, as others wake to feed
Moonrise, the glow of somber skies remains my only guide, the only light I find
Hell awaits all those who contemplate, for time will set your fate, your name becomes the late
Faintly I hear the forest weep, the wind between the trees, their branches call to me
I wake to chains on weathered sleeves
The rain and mud cover my jeans
The taste of blood and severed speech
The stench of waste overwhelming me
That crimson red covers our streets
The tainted white of corpses sheets
Your blue consumes me like the sea
Your debt cannot collect on me
Sun sets on this canyon creek, daylight is sent to sleep, as others wake to feed
Moonrise, the glow of somber skies remains my only guide, the only light I find
Hell awaits all those who contemplate, for time will set your fate, your name becomes the late
Faintly I hear the forest weep, the wind between the trees, their branches call to me
Starlight, the only truth of mine, sets fire to midnight lies, burns bright for blinded eyes

Welcome
04:42
|
|
||
Open your eyes, wake from your sleep
Enter this light of endless grief
You're called to life to learn to bleed
Your very seed fell just like He
Welcome the night, dwell in this eve
Look toward the light, the moon shall lead
The rain will fall, but caught by leaves
That barren soil is yours to seize
Well it's all justified?
The excuse for the blind
We ignored all the signs
Now the time has arrived
Words cannot save anyone now
The mortar lain through forked tongue
With every breath a brick is placed
Upon the walls that block our way
Well it's all justified?
The excuse for the blind
We ignored all the signs
Now the time has arrived
The hungry deprived
The sick burned alive
This game let's them all thrive
You're just fuel in their fire

Reject
06:50
|
|

I see your mind has finally opened, your eyes deceived you in the end
You've seen the blood run down the canyon, which once you set ablaze in fear
Your quest will end in peace and silence, for which they have no hope to hear
Your anger set the act in motion, greased the gears and marched to war
Reject their heaven
It's built on death beds
Their murders endless
The waste we've built upon will crumble
Under the mountains of the dead
We've risked the future of our children
For idols draped in crimson red
Reject their heaven
It's built on death beds
Their murders endless
They offer solitude in darkness
No different from the hand of death
They are the ones who carry axes
They only serve to see your end
Reject their heaven
It's built on death beds
Their murders endless
Reject their heaven
It's built on death beds
Their murders endless

Hell and High Water
04:41
|
|

Not quite undead, I'm just stuck with the living
I'm not the one fitting of everyone's giving
My Mind is a mess and my head won't stop spinning
But I'll keep on my way and I won't stop my grinning
No place to call home and nowhere to sleep
So I'll find all my comforts on the dark sided streets
These broken roads are no stranger to me
So I'll keep on my way till I fall to my knees
Head first into hell and high water
I've been here before
Head first into hell and high water
I've been here before and learned well from my father
Shotgun a beer and I'll hop to my feet
It's time to take on the road of demons and beasts
They lead me astray through the deepest of seas
But I'm not of the living there's a demon in me
Head first into hell and high water
I've been here before
Head first into hell and high water
I've been here before and learned well from my father
I'll claw my way out of this grave I've been digging
And change up the fate of what's already written
Head first into hell and high water
I've been here before and learned well from my father

Hollow
04:40
|
|
||
I know you well, I know you too well
I found you here inside my head
And when I sleep I hear you mumble
And when I wake it's like a nightmare
There's someone watching, he lays the blame
And when he's watching he's always pointing
He says which way, and I shall follow
Cuz we are sheep and I am hollow
I tell them yes, I know you're watching
But I digress, i owe you something
When I'm alone, I never am
I talk to you and feel your presence
There's someone watching, he lays the blame
And when he's watching he's always pointing
He says which way, and I shall follow
Cuz we are sheep and I am hollow

Lightning
04:35
|
|
||
The sky ignites as rain pours down on flooded streets
The lights of candles waver under bellowed breeze
Immersed in night the clouds demand for all to see
The outstretched arms of trees are bleached beneath the gleam
Violence erupts as bolts of lightning splits the trees
The shattered remnants rest upon disheveled leaves
The grey reflected as the sky screams victory
But not defeat the earth still nurtures fallen seeds
Vagrant flame
Night turns day
Fulminate
Flare of rage
Your life's no different from the beaten weathered trees
Stuck in a sea of flesh, alone inside your head
Your body rots until you join the earth beneath
But rest atop the heap remains the timeless seed
Vagrant flame
Night turns day
Fulminate
Flare of rage

On My Mind
04:27
|
|
||
I want to break down and cry
Sometimes I wonder what it feels like to die
I fear the darkness inside
Who's thoughts are these in my mind
They always wanna know why
They ask me what's on my mind
They wanna keep us confined
But I'm determined to cure all the blind
I feel you right by my side
I fear I'm ready to die
They took the light from my eyes
Death wants what's left of my life
I wanna know what it's like
To wake up and feel alive
I wanna know what it's like
To mean something in somebody's life
I feel you right by my side
I fear I'm ready to die
They took the light from my eyes
Death wants what's left of my life

Pen
04:52
|
|

My Mind keeps spinning round, around
One thousand years I've walked the streets of my hometown
My Mind keeps spinning round, around
One thousand years I've walked the streets of my hometown
I woke to feel a pen brush up against my feet
Confused as why it had been left I sat there peacefully
A wave of anger crept upon my wounded soul
I took that pen and wept my mind across the wall
And at that moment I slowly began to see
That pen had been there all this time waiting for me
My mind keeps spinning round, around
One thousand years I've walked the streets of my hometown
My Mind keeps spinning round, around
One thousand years I've walked the streets of my hometown
My Mind keeps spinning round, around
One thousand years I've walked the streets of my hometown
